Lead Systems Administration
Essential Functions:
- Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Oracle Linux systems (physical and virtual)
- Experience deploying infrastructure through automation
- Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes
- Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman, Ansible and Puppet
- Experience integrating Linux and Windows systems together in a unified Active Directory Domain
- Experience in creating and using containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment
- Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications
- Security administration experience in support of RMF requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements
- Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds
- Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks
- Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM
- Work must be accomplished onsite
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience or,
- Master’s Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or,
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
- DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Poly
Preferred Additional Skills:
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g. CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH).
- Current Linux Certifications such as:
- RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)
- CompTIA Linux+
- LPIC (any level)
- SANS GCUX
- Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks
- Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers
- Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks
- Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS

Job Description:

Overall responsibilities include working with the customer and leading the internal and supplier teams in capturing and executing space programs and/or studies with emphasis on technology development and mission solutions including:
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for leading Space and Airborne Systems supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive execution, alignment with commodity strategies, supply base optimization, and lowest total acquisition cost on a key Program.
- Able to use hands-on, cross-functional approaches to identify pain points and drive improvements. Must have the passion, business acumen and experience to drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies
- Work with the assigned functional and program leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks, providing regular reports/updates on program status, including identification and mitigation of long-term supply chain risks
- Manage the flow of critical milestones and project requirements including analysis of supplier capacity and capability. Will ensure supplier ability to supply parts with on-going adjustment of material flow for adequate line fill and inventory optimization
- Provide technical support for DFx (design for all desirable manufacturability, assembly, test attributes) including reviewing engineering changes and assessment of materials/supply chain impact
- Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes
- Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance to achieve program and customer requirements
- Interacts with suppliers to ensure appropriate support and execution of deliverables as well as participate in managing supplier relationships and performance
- Interface and influence a diverse team comprised of the company’s engineering and supply chain, and supplier teammates
- Interface with program managers of various stakeholder programs
- Develop, drive, and track supply chain management metrics customized to space programs
- Responsible for high-level relationship management, evolve as recognized thought leader/trusted partner
- Fully understand customer mission gaps, constraints, and objectives
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition from a technical and programmatic perspective

Senior Test Engineer
Job Description:
As a member of the Hardware Design Verification (HDV) team, responsibilities will include design and automation of RF test and measurement systems for testing and characterization of complex military communication/networking equipment. In addition, the position will include collaboration with other scientists, engineers, and management to analyze test data, generate visualizations, and create reports.
Essential Functions:
- Design, develop, and debug software applications for control/automation of test and measurement equipment using NI LabVIEW and TestStand
- Continuous improvement of measurement algorithms, techniques and reporting to improve quality and reduce overall test time
- Consult with electrical engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate measurement techniques and corresponding measurement data as they relate to operational performance requirements of new products
- Organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets from varying sources using automation where feasible. Develop reports from this data to represent and communicate product performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers on the HDV team
- Positive attitude, openness to new ideas, willingness to learn new tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Electrical Engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Electrical Engineering experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Electrical Engineering experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming and Design (OOP/OOD)
- Familiarity with software management tools (e.g. SVN/GIT, JIRA)
- RF and baseband test and measurement experience. Familiarity with test equipment such as: Spectrum/Network analyzers, Power Meters, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Audio analyzers
