• Conduct meeting or telephone conversation with you to:
• Establish the specific requirements of the position, including such items as personality, background, experience, industry expertise, skills and attitude.
• Formulate a candidate profile.
• Determine the type of individual you view as successful within your organization.
• Consider the compensation structure for the position.
• Determine the appropriate skills needed.
• Search the RAINMAKER candidate database and qualify prospective candidates.
• Call and/or meet with prospective candidates for initial screening and assessment of qualifications.
• Arrange meeting between you and the candidate(s).
• Obtain your feedback regarding the candidates you meet.
• Determine with you the candidate most suitable for the position, make offer, negotiate acceptable remuneration package and finalize acceptance.
• Upon request will check at least two business references.
